Busy attorney in downtown Santa Cruz seeks dependable, professional,
congenial, energetic and experienced legal assistant for full time
position. Responsibilities include answering phones, document
transcription, file management, scheduling, monthly billing,
accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general office
administration and tasks assigned by attorney. Strong
organizational and typing skills, Word, Timeslips, ACT!, Excel,
Quickbooks and 3-5 years of legal office experience required. BA or
BS degree preferred. Flexibility, ability to multi-task and sense
of humor strongly encouraged.
