* Source and recruit IT professionals from a variety of different
sources, utilizing specific computer search techniques, as well as
heavy outbound/inbound telephone work.
* Sources include, but are not limited to:
* Proprietary database
* Incoming job applicants (via email & telephone)
* Job boards
* Search engines
* Substantial outbound calling to connect with applicants &
potential candidates
* Receiving & responding to a significant number of incoming calls
from applicants & prospective candidates
* Time sensitive response to incoming emails & telephone calls
* Perform recruitment and candidate qualification functions via
computer & telephone
* Significant customer interaction via telephone and email-
qualifying candidates/applicants, setting up interviews, etc.
* Attend daily in-office meetings to discuss prioritization of
client requirements and ongoing project status
* Ongoing, in-office, face-to-face team interaction, and teamwork to
facilitate timely delivery on customer specific projects
* Must have high sense of urgency and impeccable attention to detail
Previous experience in technical recruiter preferred. BS/BA degree
preferred.
