Job Developer/Employment Advisor
Help Others Succeed!
Positive, energetic, self-starter to develop job leads for adult
students by establishing and maintaining positive relationships with
local employers. Cold-calling is required for success in this
position.
Motivate and prepare students for job search. Must have excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Must also possess the
ability to keep students motivated and responsive until they have
located employment.
Must also demonstrate attention to detail and ability to keep
thorough records and prepare reports.
Sales, human resource and/or personnel placement experience helpful.
