Description:

Full time (40+ hours) Reception/Administrative Assistant position 
for a FAST paced management firm.  STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS A MUST.  
Duties include: answer 6-line telephone and greet clients, schedule 
appointments, sort and distribute mail, prepare outgoing mail, file,
and handle emergency calls as necessary. This person should be able 
to multi-task and be highly organized with a POSITIVE attitude.  
STRONG computer skills should include knowledge of excel and quick-
books.
 
Bi-lingual a definite plus.  Great benefits offered after probation 
period completed.  Salary dependent upon experience.
